Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible for our customers. If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to seven days before the activity date and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your booking within seven days of the activity date, we will make every effort to offer you a refund. However, please note that it is up to the tour operator’s discretion as to whether they can provide a refund or not.

There are two exceptions to this which are:

  • Any activity which has a duration of 5 days or more
  • Any activity which includes accommodation (Except Camping).

In these cases, we would expect a minimum of 14 days notice.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and help you reschedule your activity if possible.
