1) Bookings

When you book an activity in Thailand Bucket List, you pay a deposit to Thailand Bucket List Ltd to secure your activity slot. When you arrive to you activity on the day and time you have chosen, you will be required to pay the remainder of your activity fee to the activity provider before your activity will start. You will need to pay in local currency which is Thai Baht.

Once you have booked an activity, you will recieve an email which will confirm your order. You will then receive a following email which gives details of your booking and what you will need to do between now and your activity date, if anything, and what you should expect on the day.

2) Pick up and drop off

Some activities will offer pick up and drop off from local hotels. If your activity offers this services, details will be included in your email which states what you need to do to arrange transportation.

If your chosen activity does not have transportaion included, you will be reposnible for ensuring that you are at the right place at the right time. Details will be provided in your email of the location of the activity and any local transfer companies that are available.

3) Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your activity, please view our cancellation & refunds policy beofre contacting us. To cancel a booking, please submit your request here.
