Have you ever considered taking up scuba diving as a hobby? In that case, the PADI Open Water Diver certification is where everything kicks off and where you should start. The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most well-known and respected programme of its kind in the world, and its certification is recognised and respected everywhere. If you want to sign up for the PADI Open Water Diver course (or the Junior Open Water Diver course), you have to be at least 10 years old.
Unique and fantastic scenery for diving and underwater photography. Recommended for all certification levels.
Please note an Advanced Open Water Certificate is required.
Please Note a minimum of 4 people are required for this trip with a maximum of 8 per booking.

Please Note:
- 25% deposit will be taken on booking (cancellation policy), full payment will be required on morning of activity.
- Days Activity Runs on: Daily
- Requirements: Minimum age of 18 | Minimum of Open Water Diver Certificate | Advanced Open Water Diver Certificate required for King Cruiser Wreck| 20 logged dives
- Number of Dives: 2 or 3 dives depending on certification level
What’s NOT included
- All services not mentioned as included and all items of a personal nature
- Any Alcoholic beverages
- Any extra items purchased in hotels, souvenir shops and other such establishments
- Travel insurance (cover against cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness). We highly recommend you arrange appropriate insurance in your home country
- National park fees (300 THB)
Equipment
- All equipment is available to hire for free. Some equipment, for example underwater cameras, will incur an extra charge unless it is required as part of your specialty.
- You’re welcome to use your own equipment but most importantly, please make sure it’s been serviced as and when required. If we see equipment that we do not feel is safe or adequate, we reserve the right to ask you to leave it behind and provide you with a suitable replacement.
- We have a huge range of scuba diving and snorkeling products to buy online. These can either be delivered to you or you can pick them up from here when you arrive.
- If you have specialist requirements, please contact us and we will do all we can to help fulfil those requirements.
- We will be diving in a hot climate where the water and the surface temperature is hot, as a result of this, you have the option of diving in your swimwear or using a thin wet suit (5mm)
Itinerary
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main parts:
- Knowledge Development to understand basic principles of scuba diving
- Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba diving skills
- Open Water Dives to use your newly gained skills
