Description

Imagine a small tropical island with palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, white sandy beaches and chrystal clear, warm tropical water full of colourful marine life waiting. This is Koh Lipe, the Southernmost holiday paradise Island in the Thailands Andaman sea. Koh Lipe is also known as the Maledives of Thailand.

Diving from Koh Lipe is just as good as you can imagine. The tropical water is warm and clear and the marine life is abundand. There are more than 30 dive sites situated in the Koh Tarutao National park that are dived from Koh Lipe. The famous Hin Paet Mai, or Eight Mile Rock, right next to Malesian border and 8 miles away from Koh Lipe is probably the best known diving site in the area.

If you only have a few days, the diving baptism is the best option for you. A diving baptism is an experience in which you will learn what it is like to breathe underwater and to be completely weightless. Feel like a fish in water.
